We currently offer Math, English A, Integrated Science, Social Studies, Biology, and Principles of Business—aligned with the CSEC curriculum. More subjects will be added as we grow.
2. How do the live tutoring sessions work?
Live sessions are held weekly via Zoom with experienced CSEC tutors. Students can attend in real time, ask questions, and receive guided instruction.
3. What if I miss a live class?
No worries! All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your dashboard within 24 hours. You can watch them anytime, at your own pace.
4. Do I need any special equipment to join?
All you need is a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and Zoom installed. A headset and quiet space are recommended for the best experience.
5. How does the AI-powered learning work?
Our platform uses AI to personalize your quizzes and suggest practice based on your performance. It helps you focus on areas where you need the most improvement.
6. Can parents track their child’s progress?
Yes! Our Parent Dashboard gives real-time updates on attendance, test scores, completed lessons, and feedback from tutors.
7. What’s included in the Free Plan?
The Free Plan includes access to recorded lessons, basic resources, and selected quizzes. For live classes, mentorship, and full features, you’ll need a Premium plan.
8. How do I sign up?
Click the “Join Now” button on our home page. You’ll be guided to create an account, select your role (student or parent), and choose a plan.
9. Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime from your account dashboard. There are no long-term contracts.
10. Is Connect TT only for students in Trinidad and Tobago?
While Connect TT is designed for the CSEC curriculum and students in Trinidad and Tobago, Caribbean students from other islands are welcome to join and benefit from the platform
